Syosset: The Syosset Medical Building is located on the north side of Jericho Turnpike (Rt.25) immediately west of the Syosset Hospital Center. From the east take Route 135 North to Jericho Turnpike (Rt.25) west exit. Proceed approximately 1 mile to 175 Jericho Turnpike. It will be on your right. From the west take either the LIE to exit 41 North or the Northern State to exit 35 North. This is the route 106/107 exit. Proceed north less than a mile to the entrance for Jericho Turnpike east (just past the Milleridge Inn). Go east on Jericho Turnpike (Rt.25) for about a mile and 175 Jericho Turnpike is on your left.
